However if after a while you do not use it for a while they will put the restriction back on it for the same 25 items $250. So make sure you keep it flowing after the release.

But if a newer seller it can depend on the amount sent or just because you are a new seller sometimes buyer uses what they call a e-check where Pay Pal gets the money from buyers bank and it dose not release the funds till the buyers bank transfers the money to Pay Pal and it's not always instant from bank to pay pal.
