My trumpet from David Hodgkins just arrived today and I am very pleased. The craftsmanship is impeccable and it sounds good as well. I am sure a more accomplished trumpet player could make it sound even better but it definitely delivers and it will be seeing the woods in two weeks. So thanks Dave, you make a good one.

It is made out of a material called Juma. It is a lot like an acrylic. I used a wingbone last year and it did a pretty good job. Good luck to you this year.
