No more cocobolo?

I was told today no more cocobolo will be imported into the us because it's now classified as a endangered wood. Anybody else heard that?

I was told by a well known callmaker this weekend that rosewood can't be imported, based on this article it looks like he was right and cocobolo could have issues too.
