I got the second of 2 new calls, from Bill Lyman, tonight. Glass over Aluminum ( with a Bocote striker ) and Green Slate over Slate (with an Ipe striker).
I can't say enough good things about Bill's strikers and his calls. I got a slate from him back in 2016 and it was in a Bocote pot so I asked him to make the glass call to match. The green slate came up in conversation and I asked to purchase it as soon as he mentioned it.
I threw in a pic of my first slate from Bill, just because it is my favorite call I own to this point and the Dymondwood striker that came with it is always the first I try on anything.
