A quality paddle caller will most run itself.  It just needs someone to carry it around the woods. Yoder409
Over time...they come to learn how little air a good yelper actually requires. ChesterCopperpot

Fowler,Lyman or Matt McClain all make a really good striker. Try one of Matt's black locust.

Thanx to everyone for the kind words on my work. I am up and turning to clear some of the back log I had during my break. Thanx for the understanding.

I just got a outlaw hen from Lonnie the other day and, going through my strikers it seemed like a Holloran Jatoba sounded the best to me. That said, to be honest, it'll be hard to beat Lonnie's purpleheart striker that he sends with the call.
Another guy who makes a pretty sweet striker that sounds great on Lonnie's glass is a Matt VanCise diamondwood. He'll whip you one up in a day or so...

After hearing so much about Stuckey strikers I just received 3 of them today and they are dandy strikers. I got the Macasser Ebony,Tulipwood and monkey pod. I do plan on trying some other guys as well. I need to get me a Lyman and Torman next.
