I haven't ran many ceramics but of the ones I have, Andy Kaiser's Curly Maple is the only one I've liked enough to hunt.

I have a couple of Hallorans and they're darn good. Also have a Brad Roberts and a Hooks, both very good but don't think they make them anymore.

Daybreak and Halloran are both great ceramics can't go wrong with either one.

For the money it's hard to best houndstooth.
I've a few and stuck with my Daybreak.
I was impressed with the one American Strutter makes when I played it in Nashville @ NWTF..
