I have the 8" vapor treks.  I handled the snake boots and thought they are the lightest snake boot I've ever seen.  Just wasn't looking for snake boots.
The Vapor Treks are comfortable and I have no gripes after two seasons with them.

Loved my vaportreks until they started leaking. I'm hard on boots and I put a ton of miles on them. They held up for a little longer than 1 year. I love the concept of snakeboots, but I haven't found any that don't leak. I'm going to Crispi or Lowa next because getting one year out of boots is getting old.

Mine leaked from day one. Had to put snow seal on them just to keep from getting soaked from morning dew.
