Turkey vest with a waist strap?

I like my turkey vest, but Im so sick of them always sliding and shifting.

I do a lot of upland game hunting and the vest I wear is just awesome. It has a buckle up top around your chest and also around your waist that you can tighten.

This system really distribuetes the weight excellent and its very comfortable.  It honestly seems lighter and easier to carry than my turkey vest.  I do a lot of hiking through swamps and tough terrain.

Does anyone make one like that out there?

I havent seen one, but if you know someone who can sew, maybe you could get some material and have them make one for turkey season to match your upland bird vest.

I started with an old HS strut brand of vest (very primitive but it was a long time ago) then moved up to an Ol Tom Time & Motion but tore it up. This year I got the Cabela's Tactical Tatr2 and it is so far above in quality than anything I've ever worn it is not even funny. Has lots of adjustments to make a perfect custom fit and very well thought out pockets.

I have to agree w/ ya, The Tactical Tatr2 is very comfy. I have trouble with my girth, well getting stuff to fit my girth... It is a very nice vest. The seat is nice too...
