410 pattern range with TSS?

What range should I pattern a 410 with TSS 9.5's? All the way to 40 yards or in a little closer?

40 yards.  If you can put a minimum of 100 in the 10" circle at 40 yards, it is a legitimate 40 yard gun.  If not, the range at which it can do so.  Gil

Just shot this one with a yildiz single shot. Barrel cut down to 24" and choked by Sumtoy. 35yds. Tss 10s
