KS Easterns for Merriams or Rios

I have prime low pressure public land that I hunt for the trill of chasing public land birds, it's more of a game. But I also have private land on reserve in the area that's just about as guaranteed as they get. I'm really looking to get into some Merriams this season mid-late May but could also get after Rios if the opportunity presented itself this year, if not next season. There's plenty of cheap lodging in the area, but I've got a pull out couch and an extra mattress that anyone who wants to swap is welcome to use.
