Saturday turned out to be a pretty good day. My son killed a nice bird on youth day and the taxidermist I took my so called "shot up" merriams to laughed and said that the bird was in much better condition than a lot of birds he has mounted and it won't be a problem at all!  All in all a great day.

Well, congrats all around!  :happy0167:

Sweet!  Congrats, and glad to hear your Merriams will be ok.
If I'm not back in five minutes, wait longer!

Its truly a wonder what a "Good" taxidermist can do with some of the critters we drag in LOL.
Everyone wants to be successful - some just need help.

Glad to hear it.  I might be tempted to take a pic of it when done and show it to the other dude, but I am a small person.   :newmascot: :TooFunny:

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
