Just wondering what yall's best strategy for silent birds is (especially on roost)...been dealing with a lot of that lately and its getting frustrating...

only luck I've had with them is call sparingly and wait. unless you use a blind you have to endure some pain. If you start squrming around you'll never see him because he'll be looking at you long before you know he's anywhere around. good luck
