It's funny I am far more excited to be able to get out and take my son on his first hunt than I have ever been for any hunt, harvest or anything hunting related I've ever accomplished. Hope the birds are as excited as me.

It definitely makes it more fun.  Last day of the youth weekend here in NE Oklahoma.  Heading out in 20 minutes to my old favorite spot.  Haven't been there in years but our other spot just isn't good yet.  Birds still bunched up here and not talking much.  A lot of fun taking the kids.
