How may different Hot Hen Slate calls does Lonnie Sneed make and out of those what are your favorites. The one that I own has two different woods not sure what they are but look like possibly Cedar and something else. I do know one thing, it is a turkey killer. I just would like to get a little more insight about his calls.

Give him a call. I'm sure he will answer your question. 304-425-3021

Lonnie makes them out of a lot of different wood. Seems as though whatever he can get his hands on. Whatever species he uses will sound great. That's pretty much a guarantee!

Thanks. I love the one I have,  probably going to have to order more.   :icon_thumright:

Don't get locked in to one of his calls. His Outlaw Hen (green glass) is phenomenal, as are his Lonesome Hen designs (I know he has a deep and a shallow one...Both sound incredible. He may have more). People say his ceramic is really good also. I have one on order so I don't know first hand but my guess is it'll be great.
Give him a call and he'll play them for ya'.
