Very big congrats to your health! Talking about your daughter was very special and I'm glad she helped inspire you!

Yep, my mother was diabetic later in life, my sister has a higher A1-C and I've had my A1-C in the 5.9 range.

Keep up the exercise and watch your diet....you can beat it!

Thanks for the post, good one.

Colossians 3:12 Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.

I have also been trying to make lifestyle changes after being diagnosed with high BP(160/100).Been put on meds which has it down to 135/75. Found out through testing that the high BP had done some damage to my kidneys. Not life threatening but could of been a very big issue down the road. Cholesterol and blood sugar are all OK. Liking to eat and being overweight are my issues. Have been walking to work everyday(only a mile and a half round trip but anything helps) that I can and laying off the sugars and refined foods.
