No idea. I bought it because I had one like it in the late 80s that caused a few gobblers to ride home with me. The one I had is long gone , to where I dont know.

True Tones generally bring a $25 - $35 price........... WITHOUT the box.   Having the original box can and usually does at least double the value of older, production box calls.

Whoever bought this particular call did OK.   If you got one, even without the box, for 5 bucks, you did swell !!!

Neat old calls.......   I believe, IIRC, that Penn's Woods/Roger Latham got some rights to build these boxes right from the Turpins.

1st box I ever bought. I believe it was '84-ish... mine has the "new" velcro strap, though. Use to listen to a 45 rpm record of Roger.
