Is this normal?

I ordered a combo pack of mouth calls (3 pack) from a popular call maker (I will leave their name out of it) a week ago, but I still have not even received any confirmation that my order was received. I emailed the owner a couple of days ago, and still have not heard anything. I mentioned that I realize turkey season has either already srarted or is about to start, but I just wanted to check to see if my order went through. I have yet to hear back either way.

Is this normal for this time of year, or should I be calling them?

I'd call them just to check.

It's normal for someone who doesn't want to stay in business for very long. Lack of communication will force me to buy elsewhere quicker than anything. Good luck!

Communication is key here but you have to remember that callmakers are going to shows this time of year and turkey season may have started where the callmaker resides or he may have taken a turkey trip somewhere.  Keep after him but don't be surprised if you hear from him with an excuse.

If I don't hear something by mid-afternoon tomorrow, I'll give them a call. I guess I just assume that there are multiple people in/at the company, so even if the owner is busy elsewhere, the business does not have to close down.
