I wish I would have bought my in 20 guage instead 12 but didn't know what a 20 was capable of until I started messing with my encore 20. If I did not have a 20 guage turkey gun I would recommend anyone to buy a t/c encore pro Hunter turkey 20 guage. It is light, it has a beautiful crisp clean trigger, it is short, it has hardly any recoil compared to pump guns and other single shots, it patterns well, It shoots poa/poi, it is simple.

However it is pricey and it is a single shot.

My next option is either a)buy a sa-459 turkey 20 guage have another hole drilled so I can put a sumtoy on it with a ff3 and a sumtoy 562-5 with federal heavyweight 7s

Or b) browning silver hunter 20 guage

Or c) Remington 870 youth build.

You're right the trigger is terrible.  Ritchy's gun shop Near Pontotoc, MS fixed mine for $55.  It's now better than triggers on my rifles.

Called RR left a VM and sent an email, no response. Guess I will look elsewhere.

I called them today (first time ever) and they answered.  Going to send off my SA-459 trigger once season is done.

They did mine and its well worth it. Turn around time was about 8 business days. Lee

Well WTH? I called a few times no one answered and I left a couple VM's. Oh well too late in the game for me to send it off , my season starts at the beginning of April and I'm still trying to dial in a TSS load. I guess I will call after the season or try to find someone local.

I don't even think you really need to call. Just mail them the trigger group with a note of the gun, make, etc.. contact info.. and what you want done. They will call you once they review and give a price.

The trigger job at RR cost $112.00 including return shipping via fedex. mine came back with a nice crisp 3.5 lb pull. I could'nt be happier. Lee
