Turkey calls and supplies

I don't know if purchased a hunting item at a wal-mart in 15 years.. I do 99% of my shopping online

we have HS Strut as well as Primos in ours, but the inventory and display are horrible.  I went in and they had just dumped all the mouth calls in boxes...Primos and HS Strut together and very little other accessories.  I asked the associate in sporting goods if this was it, and he said pretty much.

Most of the mom & pop sports shops are gone from around here too. I do some of my call buying at sports shows & from custom call makers.  None of the big box stores have the ammo I use, but I do get socks from them.

One place we don't think of as Mom & Pop stores are the custom turkey call makers. You can find them on the inter-net and thru friends. And there are some with Mom & Pop prices. Ya call them on the phone and I haven't called one that wouldn't talk turkey or about their calls and talk to you like you're a long lost friend. Just don't ignore these people. Many have prices that would surprise you. And an assortment of calls that span the spectrum from scratch boxes, nail calls and what have you. And if you're not satisfied they make it right.
