Oklahoma are the turkeys gobbling?

Heading to north  central Oklahoma tommorow and just wondered what to expect.  Are the birds gobbling good?  Never hunted Rios before everyone tells me they like to roost around water.  Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated that will may help me smash a head in Oklahoma?
