One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons. However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.

I agree with the cow manure statement. Turkeys love cow pies.

I'd plant some clover in some of the fields. I started doing that a couple years ago and one of the best things I did to keep turkeys on our place.
