Can anyone here explain the sound difference between flat Copper and frying pan style surfaces? If there are any differences.

Good question, I would like to know also. They go on here pretty quick so probably have some benefit. I really like the looks of them!

I don't the know the sound difference but you can cook a very small egg on one of them. This may result in the sound being affected however. I think the cooking spray reduces the friction a lot too much.
