Long beard XR choke

I've been shooting an IC .665 out of my Benelli supernova with the 3 inch #6 long beards. I just picked up a Carlson long beard XR choke in .650 to try out. Should I stick with the 6's or try 5's out of it.

I would shoot the #6s with it. They will give you the best patterns and also allow you to compare the Carlson's choke with the IC choke.
