I need a "speedbead" for an 870

20 gauge Remington 870.  I want to set it up with a speed bead and a FF.  Anybody modified one to work or manufactured one on their own?  It doesn't seem like it'd be that hard, I just don't have the tools to do it.  I don't want to tap the receiver.  Just trying to avoid that if possible.  Thanks!

I always thought it wouldn't be that hard to modify one  or for the manufacturer to make one available  but have never seen it done.

I searched and searched after wanting to use one on my 870 20ga but finally gave up on it.
