I think Maybe there are a lot of superstitions in this sport, like a lucky hat , or shirt or some other "thing"
we might need with us to help us be successful ,more so than the cat or ladder thing. I cant think of anything
I have to have to have ,BUT I have a whole lot of confidence in the Gun ,Load ,and call combination
I have been using for the last few years. But my camo doesn't have to match or seeing a cat only bothers me
if I get to thinking it might be living on eggs or young birds.  ALL that being said I have a friend or two that has to be wearing a lucky shirt and another has a lucky decoy he's even named.

Come to think about it I do like my American Strutter Hat...
