Are there any states that have special draw hunts with a place to hunt?

What Im looking for is not just a permit, but also a place to hunt with said permit trough a lottery.

An example would be the special opportunity hunts in FL.

Oklahoma but you have to apply in May for the following year.  Good luck drawing because I've been try for years.

If turkey hunter numbers continue increasing it will all be lottery on public ground in the future.  Something to think about before introducing others to the sport.

IL has several smaller state parks up my way, northwest suburbs of Chicago, all within an hour drive, only issue a couple deer and turkey hunters per season, Ive never been drawn, $15 to apply and if your not drawn your money will be returned, 6 months later lol.

Texas does, as does FL.  But both require three of four years to get enough preference points.

New Mexico does for the Valle Vidal or Valles Caldera, can't remember for which, maybe both. I know unit 2 in NM is also draw. Aren't the goulds tags in AZ draw only hunts as well?

All Gould's in AZ are draw only with the majority of the spring hunts being draw as well except for a few youth and archery hunts.
