  the gravedigger boatpaddle by quakerboy, was is so special about this box??? over on ebay, they are selling for BIG dollars, i'm  missing something with this box???

It's a lot like what happened with the "ugly" paddle stocked Ruger rifles. No one wanted them until they stopped making them. Suddenly, they became popular. two guys both decide they have to have one and run the bid sky high. Suddenly, they've set the market standard for that particular item.

It's turkey season.  People pay high dollars for stuff and they have no idea what they are getting.  They read about it on a forum somewhere!  It's entertaining to watch what people pay for stuff this time of year.  And there are those who take advantage.  There are bogus buyers and sellers all over right now as well.

one reason is that soon after they where released they had to pull all off the shelf because of the name,gravedigger.it conflicted with the monster truck who has the right to the name and all had to be pulled,i think only around a thousand sold.i have one and didn't understand it either until I started "digging" around for answers.but im like you guys too,its where these crazy's run the price up has a lot to do with it,because even regular quakerboy calls that are similier are bringing big money on ebay.
