Primos monopod or bipod?

I purchased a mono-pod simply to take some of t he pressure off my knee.  It is slightly better than nothing as far as keeping the gun in position, but not much.  While waiting out a bird, it is a constant balancing act.

Mine has been in the field twice, and now stays at home...  Total waste of money for my intentions.
Did I do that?

Fly fishermen are born honest, but they get over it.

My mono also stays at home. Try an aluminum bipod from Stony creek. My shotgun balances well and enables me to use a box or pot hands free. JM2cents.
