original mad max choke

Has anyone shot hevishot through the original mad max (lead only) choke?

Not sure when they changed, but the one I use in my Remington was purchased probably around 1995. I've used Xtendeds, and tried the Hevishots that were out around that time. Neill

I have been wondering the same.  I have an original mad max and would love to shoot hevi's out of it, but a little leary.

Yes I shoot the old white hevi through mine with very good results. I can get 200 in a 10" at 40 with the #5 shot. Been shooting them for years.
