What striker for Paul Platz slate?

Was lucky enough to pick up a paul platz slate on here the other day.  Any recommendations on what striker to run?

I have a hickory of his that came with mine & it's great. I also run a Larry Gresser snakewood on it. The snakewood is fantastic!

purple heart , snakewood and persimmon. congrats , you got one of the finest slates you can own.

Try a Woodhaven flair tip birch on it . Chuck

Ok im looking but can't find a purpleheart anywhere.  Maybe one will turn up

Halloran hickory or Paduk is what I run on it I have a fowler hickory I like on it snake wood isn't bad or d-wood the purple heart he matches with it or the Purple Heart woodhaven 2 piece all in all that slate runs everything great
