NEED ADVICE ON HI VIZ SIGHTS FOR AN 870 WINGMASTER

Hello, I have a 20. ga. 870 lw Wingmaster. It's got a 28 inch barrel, vent rib and the beads are too small for my aging eyes. I do not want a scope , but would like input on an alternative sight set up.  Looking for the best value, and best quality for the money. Any and all opinions are welcome, and appreciated.
