kids first box call

Looking into getting my 10 year old son his first box call any suggestions? Not wanting to spend alot if $ for his first box but want a nice sounding box Thanks.

Spring Creek Calls has a good variety to pick from as well

Well, I've recently jumped onto the custom bandwagon. Couldn't have talked me into buying a box call for more than $25 last year. In fact, had it not been for buying a couple custom items, probably wouldn't have ever. I got an SS scratch box in a deal while looking for a tube call. First time I'd ever used one. Played with it for about 10 minutes and decided if the scratch box sounds that good, I'm getting a box to go with it. Al's making one for me and should maybe get it before season. If not, I'll wait. Guy offered me a good deal on a Lonnie Mabry and I snagged it. Waiting for it to show up but have heard very good things. Recently got a box from Richard McKinnis. It's a good box as well. These are all going to be around $50-$60. Heard good things from spring creek calls as well. Might check into that for a cheaper option. I bought strictly off of reputation for the most part.
