Harrison hooting stick

I've had the hootin stick for a few months now and I've been having trouble with the 8 note who cooks for you. I can laugh and woohaaa but I can not figure out the who cooks for you. I have played with how hard to blow and manipulating my hands around the end. I have watched the hooks video multiple times. If anyone has any pointers or additional videos it would be greatly appreciated
