It's been awhile since I've post a call. I finished building this call this afternoon, still need to finish sanding and tuning it, and put the finish on it, but I put a little chalk on it and ran it to see how the build came out. This ones a Hondo Mahogany and Maple combo in a handle style tongue call. Not sure yet if I liked the mahogany or the cedar striker best on it?

Scott I really like it.  Your tongue call is one of the best sounding ones I own and has good volume.  This one is interesting because I believe George Huffman's first prototype vibrating tongue had a handle on it as well. Very cool and thanks for sharing!

Yes it was, he made a vary limited number of handled tongue calls. Most of them were banquet or presentation calls.
