Does anyone make or use persimmon wood for strikers? From reading where i can find info it appears Ebony is a very dense wood. Since persimmon has been used to make golf club heads, wouldn't it make a good striker?

Persimmon makes great strikers.

I use it alot for strikers, makes a great striker and pot.
