Help finding a call maker

I saw a link to a youtube video on here in late feb or early march but cant remember the name of the call maker. It was a pot and peg type call but the striker was different and had a disk with a dowl in center that was used to make it chirp. I want to say the guy was from MO but not sure. Ive searched this site and the web to no avail. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
