Here in Arkansas we don't open until April 18th. Torture waiting. I usually head out of state before we open but can't this year. Going out of state later. Any of yall hunting yet??

0 penned the 14th here in Bama. Got one into 100 yards opening day gobbled  and strutted for me for 30 mins then just walked off. Since then they've been silent here. Seen a lot of kills from different parts of state. Silent here in central alabama though.

Its our last quota hunt, so hopefully we can get on some birds.

2nd day, nuthin so far but 3 gobbles. did find a gen with 9 eggs she was setting on

Two days of tough hunting statewide here in Arkansas. Rough weather patterns and tight-lipped birds. Maybe tomorrow they will open up
