I'm wanting to take a trip the last week of April first of May to Ks/ok/mo.  I would like to hit at least two of those states over the course of 5-7 days.  I know it is late, but can anyone recommend a quality outfitter?

Central Plains Outfitters in KS is an outfitter we used a few years ago on a small game hunt.  We asked about the turkeys and he told us he was covered up with them.  I believe they have a website as well.  Good luck.  It's a start I guess.
Can't kill'em from the couch!!!!

Gooserbat

We are offering hunts in MO this spring.  Blue collar prices.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.

I used Rio Rojo, in Oklahoma,  in 2012 and was very satisfied. We tagged out with them. Thay had good accomodations and let us basically do our own hunt. The guide just took us to the spots and let us decide our own setups and we done all our own calling. They'll feel you out before they turn you loose though, he did with us and when he was comfortable he said go get em guys. I appreciated that a lot.
