Mouth calling help

Can anyone recommend a good resource for how to learn the techniques to use a diaphragm call?  I can yelp and cluck but that's about it. I'd like to learn cackles and purrs etc but can't figure it out myself and am wondering if there is a good educational tutorial resource that somebody has done to teach how to make these more advanced calls?

search "Scott Ellis turkey calling" on youtube.  Subscribe to his channel and you can view all the videos he has posted.  There is a bunch of them covering a range of mouth calling.

I will second the Scott Ellis videos.  He is very good at explaining all the sounds and how to produce them.

I learned from scotts videos as well. He does a great job at explaining each technique.

I learned from Scott Ellis videos and recoding my sounds on the sound files on phone and when playing them back comparing to real turkey sounds off YouTube videos .....u can learn alot from recording your self and then listening ...I helped me slow my calling down

Recording definitely helps me in turkey and predator calling.  The recording outside is best.  You wont hear it right inside.  If inside is your only option its not the end of the world and it will still help.  Recording is good for more than just sound though.  It really helps with rhythm and cadence.   I even went so far as to video record so I can see how my mouth is working.  Or on a predator call my hand on the call.  It is awkward at first... but you will get over it.

For what it is worth, I had a gobbler talking to me yesterday with what I would consider sub-par calling on my part. I wouldn't, and don't, try to be a competition caller right off the bat.
