Got some Longbeard shells for Christmas and shot them yesterday. The things are unreal! I had 5 magnum blends in my vest, but I think they'll be riding the pine this year!

Those longbeards shoot awesome! Without a doubt in my mind the best lead shell on the market. Ill be shooting 3.5" #6 longbeards this spring.

Full strut

I patterned  one last week out of a RR .655 and shot 270 in the 20 out to 50 yards. Pretty dang good for lead

Glad to hear it. I'll be trying the Longbeards myself this year.

I'm using the 3" #5's this season.  So far so good, one shot one kill through some heavy brush.

Mossberg 835 with a .670 SSX choke.  I didn't count pellets when I was patterning it but I was impressed with it.
