It would either be one, or 4...
If you call the tail a leg, you have changed the definition of a leg... Dog only has one tail (which we are now calling a leg), so that would be one leg.
Just cause I call the tail a leg does not mean it is a leg... I suppose I could call the eyes legs as well, but the fact remains that the dog still only has 4 legs...
