I was at Gander Mou tain this evening in northeast Ohio. I was looking around in the archery department. The sales guy told me that Horton went out of bussiness this week. He said the bows were made in China and went on about what the problems were that caused the shut down.
Any truth to this ?

Wow i haven't heard about this.I had Hortons years ago and they were great.I thought they were made in ohio.Speaking of ohio,your from my neck of the woods,i go to that gm myself.....ward

Horton did go out of business for about a 2 years, but now there making them again. There made in USA in ohio, ten point crossbows bought horton out. But thery still go by the name of horton on there new crossbow. Hope this helps
