who has one of these?

I was doing some dusting on my calls today and found this one in back of the boxes. She is a sounder for sure and is built unlike any other boxes I have. Opened slots with interchangeable paddle from left or right side of the box. I got it back in '09 and for the life of me I can't remember seeing another like it.
