No, If they are flopping with their head down they are dead and just don't realize it yet. I have never judged a kill by the flop or lack of it.

I just use a piece of rope and tie their legs together so they cant get out of the back of the truck just in case they were playin possum,had one jump out one time even with one of his eyeballs hangin out,that freaked me out!
