Pair of Short Boxes from Paul's Calls

I recently got this pair of short boxes from Albert Paul. The top call is Walnut over mineral Poplar and the bottom call is a Maple over Walnut. Simply outstanding calls, both look and sound. Albert has a very short wait time and makes a very consistent call at a reasonable price. Hard to beat that combo. Plus he and his wife are just good folks.

    Yes Albert does make some  fine boxes. I haven't been disappointed on any of my calls. They all speak TURKEY

Fine pair of boxes Rickey. I received my Butternut and Walnut not to long ago and she's real sweet. I want the Davis call next.

I hunted the Henry Davis a lot this spring. Let's just say the Holly got a lot of crud and blood on her and does not look quite as good as when I first got her. But she cleaned up pretty good. That is one awesome looking and sounding call. You will be pleased with that one.

Yea I'm sure it sounds great as I have one in this combo from Ed. I'm holding off because of the price right now but that may not last to much longer
