Fed hw 7 loose?

Just got some federal hw7 and wandering if y'all har noticed some are loose, some not.  Wandering if this will effect pattern?   First time with the hw, so not sure if this is normal.  Preciate it

I just checked 15 new boxes from the same lot #...they all had a minor amount of rattle to them.
Never noticed any negative affect and this lot # patterns extremely well for me. Hope that helps.
