Nikon Monarch 1 x 4 scope reflection elimination

Just for your information I got my Nikon Monarch 1 x 4 scope out to clean it and never noticed that the front lens was 1 1/2 inch to 2 inches back in the scope. Thought something was wrong so I called Nikon and they told me that this was right as it would not allow lens reflection to give away your position. I have heard comments about scope reflection of lens spooking turkeys. Any one in the market for a scope for your turkey gun might want to check out the Nikon Monarch.
