Got the vest loaded down, gun ready, camo laid out and hopefully the scouting will pay off.  Can't wait to hit the woods Fri morning.  Looks like its going to be a wet one but the birds will still be doing their thing.

I am right there with you. I have been hunting them since 1976, I am wondering if this years season will ever get here....

I can't wait so I am off to hunt Tenn on Sunday. Have never hunted there, uncle said he saw 96ish birds in one of his fields last fall.  Week in Tenn then home for a week then off to Mo for 2 weeks. Did I mention the wife calls this "DIVORCE month" lol
