I was delivering the other day to a gun shop and the guy that runs it just got one of the new Mossberg SA20 Turkey Thugs in. I really liked the way it felt so I gave him some money to hold it and went back today and got it. I love the way it fees and I've shot it a couple time just to shoot it and feels really good. I've ordered some # 7 Federal HW's and a .562 Sumtoy choke for it and I'll be set. I added a Bushnell red dot to it to keep it nice and light. I can't wait till next week to tell how it really shoots.

Nice!
The addiction will cost you time and money and alienate those close to you. I can give you the names of a dozen addicts — myself included — whose wives begin to get their hackles up a week before turkey season starts and stay mad until a week after it closes.

Looks great. I just setup a 500 20 gauge for my wife and I find myself wanting to take it for my own. Ha ha.

Nice! Looks like a TRS-25 red dot. If it is, you'll love it. I have 2 of them

That mosseberg SA-20 turkey thug is a Weatherby shotgun, so if you cant find one, look for a weatherby youth model probably want be camo though, it will be all black.

I think it's actually Tristar - they make all these "SA" (Moss, Weatherby, Tristar) guns I believe in the same plant in Turkey. I have had 3 of them. The SA-20 and SA-08 are real close to being the same.
Some of the specialty 20ga turkey model like the Moss Thug SA-20 and Weatherby SA459 have some slight differences. The Tristar RAPTOR ATAC is the same as the SA459...but only made in 12ga.

Good looking gun. Didn't realize it's so similar to the Weatherby.
