I would love to find a thumbhole stock for my 835 in new breakup infinity camo. I have looked at Mossberg website to no avail and cant seem to come up with anything anywhere else. I would love for it to reduce the lop some as well. If anybody can help with suggestions on where they have gotten products or know where I might start it would be greatly apprecieated.
Jakes are like scotch. They are not worth a darn until they age.

I had the same problem and found it easier to just buy a black one the then send it for hydro graphing. I will tell you, it may just be me but I think it kicks harder with the thumb hole. But man I look good carrieing it in the woods. LOL! I ended up building another gun with a Phoenix arms kick ease tactical stock and it took a lot of kick out of it but it still has the cheek slap. I'm gonna try putting a comb on it.
I'm pretty sure the thumb hole I got was a Boyd's, they were cheaper.
Good luck!

You may want to check out http://www.atigunstocks.com/ I just saw that they have the "Mossberg Talon Tactical Shotgun Stock System" on sale through May 4th. I've used those stocks and they are excellent. They allow you to adjust the LOP and the design seems to take some of the sting out of the recoil.

Thanks,
Clark

One thing to consider with the mossberg tumbhole stock is it is not ambidextrous.  I had one on my 835 and too many times I couldn't get a shot off at a bird that come in on the "wrong side".  I sold that stock and put a regular stock on.
